Q: How do shipping charges work?

A: You'll be happy to know that our base shipping rates are the lowest you'll find almost anywhere!

We have a simple and fair way of handling shipping charges, based on the size & weight of our items and how well they pack into a box. Thus, if you order a handful of shirts, shipping will be low because the shirts are light and we can stuff bunches of them into a pretty small space. But if you order a breed mat with those shirts, we'll have to ship it in a separate package due to its irregular shape and delicate nature.

Q: My shirt has marks or tears, or just plain sucks. Can I return it and get a refund?

A: All of our shirts are custom-made to your order specifications. Refunds, replacements, and/or store credit will be issued if we are notified of discrepencies within 15 days of purchase. We will replace any non-personalized product that is defective or unsatisfactory due to incorrect size, color, or design.

With regard to personalized items using custom designs or lettering: These items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than defects in materials, workmanship, or order processing.

Q: Do you ship overseas?

A: Yes, we do. Shipments overseas will be charged and extra $15 USD, and shipments to Canada or Mexico charged an extra $8 USD. You can calculate the shipping charge into your shopping cart total by clicking the appropriate option at the bottom of your cart, where the total is displayed. Note that our shipping rates on international orders may change. Q: The website says "Greyhorsegifts" but all I'm seeing are dogs. What gives?

A: Our website and store are named after our beloved Dovey, a large gray quarterhorse who survived a medical emergency in the spring of 2002. While we have carried some horse giftware items in the past and will likely carry more in the future, for now our focus is on gifts and apparel for show dog owners.
